A Partnership Signing Ceremony with the National Marketing Company (NMC)
Saudi Total Petroleum Products Company signed a partnership agreement with the National Marketing Company (NMC), the authorized agent and distributor of the Kia brand in 7 administrative regions in the Western Region. Delegates and administrators attended the ceremony from the two companies. Among the most prominent attendees were Mr. Hassan Al Shamrani (CEO of the United Motors Co. Group and National marketing Company – NMC), Mr. Mohammed Al-Taribak (Managing Director of Total Saudi Petroleum Products), and Mr. Alain Sykora ( Group. Head of Customer Life Cycle Management ). Eng. Naeem Abu Khaled ( Head of Aftersales at National Marketing Company), and Mr. Mohammed Abidi (Manager of Business Development Department at Saudi Total Petroleum Products Company) also attended the ceremony.
Mr. Abdul-Jalil Al-Akkad, Business Support & CSR Manager at Saudi Total Petroleum Products Company, presented the ceremony. Then, Mr. Hassan Al-Shamrani began the ceremony by a speech where he praised the efforts that were made to make this partnership a success. He also expressed his happiness at signing the agreement with the Saudi Total Petroleum Products Company, as he stated that it is the best strategic partner for providing oil services to the clients of the National Marketing Company with competitive prices. Mr. Hassan Al Shamrani was also looking forward to the future successes that would result from this partnership.
Mr. Mohammed Al-Taribak, Managing Director of Saudi Total Petroleum Products Company, welcomed this partnership as well. This partnership represents an extension and consolidation of the global partnership between Total and Kia, as he stated. During his speech, he also referred to the history of the Saudi Total Petroleum Products Company, the size of its business in the region, and its strategic plans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the country that he described as a "country of development." He also talked about the aspirations of the Saudi Total Petroleum Products Company for the future, in cooperation with Saudi Aramco, that go in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative.
Mr. Alain Sykora commended the efforts of the two companies’ administrations to create such a strategic partnership. He talked about the future aspirations of the National Marketing Company, pointing to the expansion of geographical coverage and the increase in the number of the company’s branches. These branches are 11 maintenance and spare parts centers with an estimated capacity of 111 Working Lifters, 115 technicians, and 20 Service Advisors Engineers. He stated that this matter would contribute to providing the service to about 4,000 customers per month. He expressed his confidence that using Total oils recommended by the manufacturer, will raise the level of customer service. In addition to that it will help maintain the engines of their cars. At the conclusion of his speech, Mr. Alain Sykora announced the launch of several new services by The National marketing Company. These services were, as he mentioned, a Mobile express care service, periodic maintenance packages, and door-to-door service.
